7500 York is currently offering group tours two times a month. Come join us to learn about cooperative living, our wait list procedure and break into small groups to tour the common areas and an occupied A, B and C floor plan unit. These tours offer the opportunity to meet several of our resident members to hear directly from them why the enjoy living at 7500 York Cooperative. 7500 York is a 9-story white brick building. Parking and the main entry are accessible only from 76th Street between York Avenue and Edinborough Way. The business office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am–3:15 pm but closed from noon–1:00 pm. View our location map and get directions.

York Gardens

If seeking assisted living, memory care or enhanced living, York Gardens is adjacent to 7500 York Cooperative. York Gardens is a separate entity, so please contact them at 952.898.6700 for tours, availability and information about their wait list.
