A reservation program has been established to enable prospective residents to reserve a particular type (or types) of unit and secure priority for a unit as they become available. A reservation deposit is required which will be applied to the share cost at the time of purchase, or refunded as desired. The deposit will bear simple interest payable at time of share purchase or time of the deposit refund. Wait list times vary according to floor plan selections. See Current Cost and Fees for wait list times.
Plan 1 -Reservation deposit is $5,000. This allows you to select up to three floor plans. You may also elect to be active or inactive on each plan you select.
Plan 1A -Reservation deposit is $1,000. This is for persons choosing only the “A” floor plan. You may choose to be active or inactive on this plan as well.
